he came up over the hill in my neighborhood doin about 40 mph(keep in mind in a neighborhood) and waxed my car parked in the street , i came home to find my car over 50 ft from where it was parked

With a car like that, why would anyone park on the side of the street? Just comes to show that not everyone has enough sense to know exactly what the hell they're driving. Good luck, be alittle bit more carful next time and park on your drive way or a garage if you have one.

that sucks abunch babe. make sure to rape the insurance company to get plenty of good aftermarket parts cause u know the value of ur car has dropped alot now since it has something on the carfax...do everything u can to get everything u can.
