to anyone following this...yesterday I was informed that they will not be totaling my rsx. Instead they will fix it. lol crock of bull**** if you ask me. They said $12k to fix yesterday (not too worried since all i pay is $500 for deductible). Today I was informed that it wasn't the engine leaking it was the transmission leaking oil, and that it will take yet $4k more, on top of $12k, to fix my car. What the hell man the retail value for it was $17k in good condition before i wrecked it. I will be lucky to get anywhere near $8k for it now.
