Right indeed, however given the great 'success' of the MB 7 speed trannies, I honestly don't think it's necessary. Hopefully lexus did a better job than benz on having more than a 6 speed in a passenger car. Overall, I like the car, I just think the two things I mentioned are a bit more of a 'hey look what we have' feature than function.
