its a 1:1 scale concept model. We make them at school. basically, its a solid model made of foam, sometimes clay. Usally foam. The foam is then covered with sealant and sprayed to look like the car. The model looks pretty much exactly like a real car. The wheels are pieces of cardstock paper, basically, that are printed with the wheel design, caliper, rotor, and sometimes the tirewall as well.
