Ok guys learned a few things. Ok hes not even running the gsr tranny, just an ls tranny, unlike they had thought before. 2nd I guess yall dont know but this is a bone stock jdm type r motor, meaning no mods. Thirdly there is something wrong with vtec engaging too later + the clutch is fried. New tranny going in over the nect two days though.
