How long did it take for you to come up with that one? Move on, dude, it's just the internet. In the grand scheme of things, those retarded little green squares to the right in which you put so much fucking stock mean nothing. At the end of the day, you're still just some fucking idiot trying to impress people by making fun of others. It's childish.

To emulate means to try to equal or excel. I am way beyond some punk who thinks he is cool because he has a fuckin keyboard and an internet connection. What I was doing is called ridiculing. Later, CJ.

    I apologize for that, man.

On topic: I love e30's. So much so that I would like my next car to be an e30 m3. The pictures also look great.

    thanks for the apology,
e30 m3's are cool, but i would prefer an e30 non m3 body style with and s50 over an m3 with an s50, idk its just something about the body of a 325i that i like

It didn't take long at all. That's the beauty of it. When it comes to people of your caliber, it doesn't require much thought to put you in your spot. If it was truly "just the internet," would you have really felt the need to break the topic and make your intellectual comment? I highly doubt it. I'm pretty sure my track record here and in my life and my educational prowess will definitely outweigh your thoughts of me being a "fucking idiot."

That dictionary comes in handy, doesn't it? You couldn't even begin to grasp my cache of knowledge stored within my cranial cavity. All I have to do is pull out one year of my learnings and I've still far outdone you in intellectual stature. What I was doing was setting a little girl down and teaching her that she isn't shit and that she should only have her mouth open for the usual girlie deeds. And thanks for emulating my sign off. Pretty original shit if you ask me.

And magicandmisc, I would apologize, but seeing as how the female I was instructing came up with the brilliant plan to override your thread, it was only fitting for me to intervene and teach her a lesson. All's well now. Later, QD.

The only problem with night runs is that if the Dragon bites you, you are screwed til the next day. In the daytime if you go over the side, there are folks all over you within seconds. At night, nobody.

Here's what happens when the Dragon bites back. I post these every time the Dragon topic comes up because this is a superb example of how badly the Dragon can bite you. This guy wasn't tearing it up, wasn't flying through the corners and was taking it easy. Early morning dew on the painted lines in themiddle of the road got him good. We were all in a line going up the mountain at about 7:45 a.m. He came into the corner, braked and caught the slick line. Locked up brakes took him right over the side of the mountain.

    Where he went over.

The tree he hit 4 feet in the air.

    The car.

If that would have happened at night, ouch. Alone he would have had to walk back down the mountain. If he didn't get creamed by a car, attacked by a bear or some other nasty creature or assaulted by the locals, he would have had a 14 mile trip to the first inhabited household.

Couple of my old Tail cars.

Long post. I love the Tail, super sweet place to go if you go at the right time, pay attention and follow the golden rule. Don't cross the Streams.

I remember when the guys and i went last year, i was in my EH... we came in from the wrong direction and go lost trying to find our hotel...

to make a long story short, we accidentaly wound up on the tail for the first time at 3 in the morning after a five hour clip (after a full work day) from down here in columbus...

...i had prepped my car in the days before the trip; (4 new Azenies, new EBC pads, nice D2 dampers, GSR brakes, brembo slotted rotors etc...) but i took it easy all the same... wound up facing a cliff wall and missing it by maybe 12 inches... (road suddenly jinked left)

...best weekend of my life, got some great photos and footage, I'm really looking forward to taking my car up there again this fall.

I did the same thing, about 10pm coming down Hwy. 60 from Suches around 9 years ago, ugh it was that long ago anyways, throttle stuck for some reason in my first gen integra and while playing around with that the turn kinda snuck up on me...instead of taking it with balls i gently applied the brakes instantly locked up the front left on the paint and off i went head first into the guardrail. Just enough time for me to say to myself, "this is gonna hurt" haha. Luckily the guardrail was there or i'd still be picking pine needles out of my hair

Not only that. You need to know the road. I spent 3 years up there and it will still suprise me. You never, ever fully understand that road because you never will be able to guess what is coming around the next turn. Will it be a fat man on a Harley? a Jackknifed tractor trailer? a handfull of cops standing over the dead body of a motorcyclist who splatted into a wall? a roadblock? a truck carrying a carnival ride in the shape of giant Bee's? who knows. I've seen every single one of those things up there. They are ever-changing. So if you go flying through there and don't know the road, or watch through the tree's 3 curves ahead, you will die. Plain as that.

to the guy that went off

    "Bullshit he wasn't pushing it"

If he was just "cruising" up the dragon a little dew on the paint wouldn't have caused that unless he is a total moron. Sorry.

Or you could go for the simply joy of cruising through at or around the speel limit.

    ORRRR

You can be a dumbass and try to drive it really fast because that proves you truly are a badass.

I was in the line of about 18 cars that were going up the mountain, I wasn't speeding and he was behind me. The witnesses all said the same thing. If you weren't there, you have no clue.

I'm guessing you don't go up there much. See, you can cruise the speed limit up there and still get your clock cleaned by someone else. You can cruise the speed limit and still screw it up on some of those turns. Going the speed limit doesn't magically make you immune to stupidity. At least nobody in your photos crossed the streams. That's at least refreshing.

So stop trying to be a badass.
