thanks for all the comments, car still has a long way to go, hope to pull the motor out by the end of the summer to build it for more boost
Pinky is coming along nicely =)
Hurry up & bring her home so I can drive her!! =)
NO UPDATES?
well no pics but the motor is back out of the car, company i ordered the turbo kit from accdidently sent an 11 lb spring instead of the 7 that was supposed to be in the wastegate. fried the rings, so now the block is going to be sleeved, adding arias 82.mm 9.0:1 pistons, eagle rods, crower stage 2 camshafts.... etc. shooting for around 400 hp. as soon as all the parts come in i'll post up some picsQuote:

You got any security for this car?
If you don't, I'd probably start looking into that ASAP before anything else.
The car has come a long way to be taken by some worthless thief.
yeah we will add an alarm before it gets daily driven, plus it spends the night in a garage...
the pink rims are hot man! and the 99 front really improves the look of the car. good project, keep up the good work bro :goodjob:
damn, what a deal! :goodjob:
a local body shop told me it was 1200 for everything if they source the part. The panels from the yards are $300+.Quote:

i never checked when i needed to replace the 1/4 panel on my old accord and i'll probably buy a bad rear panel civic if i find one for cheap if it's not too expensive.
Time for an update........... Car is finally ready for paint dropped off the shell yesterday at the body shop. The cage is in, side molding pulled and filled in the holes, new full coilovers, new core support( the other one was messed up pretty bad). Should have the car back in a week or so to put the motor back in. Will be doing a full wire tuck. I'll try to get some pictures of the motor tommorow hopefully. Darton sleeves installed, custom forged pistons, rods, and lightened crank, block laser decked to match head and everything in the bottom end has been balanced. Head got a 3 angle valve job, titanium retainers, valve springs, .5mm oversized valves, everything ported and polished exhaust side and intake side, skunk2 manifold was also ported to match head and throttle body. All the work was done by kms engine development in atlanta www.honda-performance.com, new redline will be set around 9,500. will be running around 24 lbs of boost street and around 35 at the track. i'll get pics asap.
coilovers and stock piston, also forgot to mention the new pistons will be 82.4mm
