Fog light tape is to protect them one as they are imported french fogs. Second is so if they do get hit by something large glass won't go flying everywhere. Tape holds it together until I can get off track.

On the hood was so my fiancee could recognize which White m3 was mine

That's in case a fog lamp gets broke while on the track. It keeps the lens pieces from going all over the track for other cars to run over. I and other people used to put the tape on the headlights, too.

Those are awesome pics, dude. I miss those days. Later, QD.

The blue tape isn't FOG LIGHT tape. it is actually Painters tape. Its nice a thick and comes off with no resido (sp) great for long road trips so you dont mess up the bumper, and headlights too. love the blue tape stripes, looks sick!

great pics! i really want to go to R.A. for track days but I can never figure out how to register.

No reason to really be specific. On the track we don't use the tape so that we don't mess up any paint or because we are trying to paint something. We call it fog light tape because that's we use it for. Come on, man. Don't try to make us look stupid. It won't work. Later, QD.

so if u put the SAME tape on the headlights, it is now Headlight tape? same with it being Bumper tape?

what if, like his car, the tap goes from fog to bumper, what kinda tape is that? lol.

Goddamn man. Make up your mind. Are you going to be an idiot or are you going to remain cool. Just when we make amends, you wanna go off and try to test me. What do you think you'll gain? I realize that you don't race so you're probably not as knowledgeable about this as other people, so why? Later, QD.

calm down QD. i was just messing with u. I thought u knew that.

I use that tape for drag racing. I put it in the wheel wells on my back bumper. all the melted rubber sticks to the tape and I just rip it off and no more rubber. yeaaa.

Calm down guys. I call it Painter's tape. That is what it is. I used it to protect my imported french fogs and so Jenny would know which car is mine!
