Its funny, if i saw them on a website or something i wouldn't have looked twice. Them on the car is a whole different story. NICE WHEELS!

Not bad- looks very distinctive. Good aftertaste.

The kylamani's weren't the best wheels ever but I dont think these are an upgrade. It just reminds me of the A4 in Elite, and I dont like those wheels much either. Other than that I really like everything you have done to your car.

I know I'll like seeing them in motion...one big spinning silver slab.
Whoa, say that five times fast...hah.

Will do...we can talk about it tomorrow at Malibu. I was waiting to hear back from someone for a piece for my engine bay before I made final plans on what I wanted you to do, that fell through though, so I think I have everything figured out though.Originally Posted by Bucky

Its a hate it or love it style, I knew that everyone would have one of those responses. I like them, and truthfully the majority of the people that have seen them LOVE them, much more positives then I had imagined. I built the car for me, and I like them, its something different then what I had before, so ill rock them for a while.Originally Posted by Kyle
i think the overall picture looks good, however i do have an honest question... why did you put staggered wheels/tires on a fwd? i never understood this... is there any gain in handling? or is it purely just to make your car look like a rwd?
Honestly its solely for looks, no handling gain (no real downside afaik other then the rear wheels being a little heavier). Its not that fast of a car to begin with so its more show than go anyway. No worries though that was a legit question.Originally Posted by GGPIS3

sorry Dan, I saw the screen name and I had to use it.
You know...with a Passat, you could fool someone into thinking it was an RWD. Passats have a longitudinally mounted FWD layout...which is uncommon with most modern cars. Longitudinal engine + staggered setup...hah, it almost adds up.Originally Posted by GGPΙS3
