QD you know that there is no excuse for a rice neon. Lolol. I know. But it's cool. I did that back in 2001. But, and any OG will tell you, I never cared about looks. I even said it. I was into the performance side. But, unlike some people, I can take the flack for this. I can look and laugh. I'd laugh at my car too, now. It's ugly as fuck, but if I cared, I wouldn't have bothered and I would have kept it off IA. But even as the OP stated, these pics are a repost, lolol. That's the funniest part. Ha Ha I feel ya. Back in 2001 I was 15 and I bought my first car which was 1972 plymouth duster for $750 from under an oak tree from this old black dude. The only problem was that the drug dogs would alert to it every time they did a drug search at school even though i never even touched weed ha ha .
