For those of you who would like to know...
It was a stock flywheel with a stock gtr clutch plate in a rb20.
and the hole is in the GTR hood he had on it.
Also the guy ripped chunks off the block from it and the engine is a complete write off.
The consensus is that this was caused by a broken engine mount. The torque then is applied to the gearbox case that lets go and takes the clutch and flywheel with it.

Okay, so for those who wanted to know, here is what happened.
The guy was at the street races in Canada and was racing a boosted civic. He did not do this from the launch. Actually it happened while shifting from 1st to 2nd.

The GTS is to the GTR what the Neon SE is to Chad's STR4.
Either way, it does suck quite a bit for him. Belive it or not however, its not as expensive to fix as you would think. The RB20 motors are cheap as dirt.
