    Default GOT IN AN ACCIDENT!!!!

Wasn't that bad... but shit happens...

So today I was going to work (QT) and I was coming down the 285 ramp onto 85 and a Jeep slows down and so do I... 2 seconds later tires sreech and I get smacked in from the back and my body jerked, head went back and forth... and I finally figured out I just got rear ended....

    Moments later I see this...
The front of this car was near crushed... hood, fender, right headlight, bumper... and I get a scratched bumper:idb:

    5 minutes later ....

    This guy shows up.....

In the end.... I get off with an injured neck and left arm... the lady driver got a ticket... and I get a new bumper with extra goodies...

OH and Maniac..... FUCK YOU for not pulling over and helping me!!!!

    J/K

Wow, remninds of my first wreck.

I was in my first Mustang, and I was sitting at a red light when all of a sudden my car was rear-ended. Turns out it was a few guys who went to my school in their mom's Oldsmobile. They were doing 45 and didn't even touch the brakes.

I had a shattered taillight and a scratched bumper, but it shifted the body about a half inch. So, with mah insurance money, I bought a new tailight, exhaust, and wheels & tires.

I hope it goes the same way for you!

PS. It completely totalled the Olds.

looks really simular to my first crash.

I was in my 84 civic hatch and was rear ended by a 97 thunderbird (I think)
It broke my tail light and pushed the bumper in and scratched it.

Her car was totalled. Hood, passanger finder, headlight, grill, bumper, radator, and alot more was destroyed.
I drove my civic home and her insurence company gave me $750 to fix a car I paied $50 for.

best part was I paid $40 for a tail light and a plastic clip at a junkyard and just bent the bummper suports out and that was it. Looked good as new.

    good luck

All I can say is you are in title to.....the following

    Property damage repair
Chiropactic Bill being taken care of
You are entitled to Pain and suffering Check
You are entitled to a rental car until you car is repaired
a Loss of depreciation Check from the cause of the accident

*On the flip side now instead of getting an OEM rear bumper you can purchase a kit if you play your cards right with some funds left over.
