    Really Chad? You think so? Let's see....I have been doing this since 96. That was when Sprint Hart wheels, Original Mugen wheels, SSR Type X's and 5Zigen DIV3s were the NEW hotness. Everyone wanted them. I wanted them. Now, people who know WTF they are looking at still lust for these wheels, even though some of them have been discontinued for years. CRX SiR front ends? You couldn't get them here years ago. I still had wrap around bumper lenses molded into my old body kit because I loved the look. I would have left a factory bumper on it if I could have gotten the JDM front end over 5 years ago. Trendy? No. Functional? Yes.

    i have been involved in cars since i was like 8 but that was chevys since my dad raced. i'm 25 now.

    its just everybody and their momma wants amber lights and CTR front ends and shit. dont get me wrong, this is the first American car i have ever owned, i allways drove honda's but i just dont see the point in paying that much for a set sprint hart rims, what do they do that the motegi's dont? i mean if u are a show car person and get thoose rims cause they are "cool" thats great but i'm a "go fast fuck the trend" type of person so it just doesnt appeal to me. but thats just me, and in the end if somebody wants to spend more on a set of CTR brakes than a AEM big brake kit, go for it.

    Let's just say that you get what you pay for. I feel ya on the functional part, but if you took an SSR Type X wheel, and it's Rota knockoff, beat the shit out of both of them the Rota would be destroyed. The originals are just a better wheel.

    And why are you bringing Motegi's into this? I'm talking about Rotas. I don't have anything against Motegi's. My mom has them on her Accord.

    BTW-CTR brakes are functionally better than an AEM Big Brake upgrade.
