SPFF!! you guys dont know what your talking about thats the new Snorkel turbo Design, the intercooler sits submerged in water so it and the engine stays cooler, and you have a snorkle so you dont suck in water. They also have a deployable sides and front and back airbags, to keep the car afloat.
