I don't see how drop in HIDs are rice. THey are technically for off-road use only but at the proper temperature, 4100k to a lil over 6000k, they are very useful.

Once you have HID in that range, its very very hard to drive a car at night without them. They do make that much of a difference.

Those HID look BULBS wreck havoc. They burn harnesses, are not like HIDs period. You cannot get a bulb hot enough from a stock assembly.

THus why HID kits have BALLASTS to heat them up.
