    i just spoke with the guys dad and i dont think they had insurance , we worked out a deal to where he will sign over the title to his 4 door EG , straight up , and i'll keep the hatch , strip it down and drop my b16 in a rex , shit happens but oh well!

    sorry man, insurance companies do suck, but since he is a minor, you insurance company can go after the parents insurance company to get you some money. your car will get paid for and since he is a minor the parents can be held responsible. sounds bad but the parents should not let their 16yr old drive with no liscence. stupid ass kid.

    Overall not a bad deal. You got a 4-door like you wanted, and now you can take everything you've got on the hatch and make a killer CRX. You'll be rolling with the rest of the rex crew in no time.
