Thanks man I actually have some new 18's coming in this week for it, so I dont have to use my Iforged 19's from my S60R for it anymore. I will post up some pics of it this week when the wheels get here, I have done a few other little things to the 850 while the S60R build continues.

If you want speed out of the S70 it's going to take a snail and tuning.

I am guessing you are auto as well? If you really like Volvos and want to tune think more along the lines of 740 TIC (stay away from 16 valve), S60 T5, 850R/S70 turbo.

Evaluate your goals if you are staying with this car, around 170hp (crank) in a fairly heavy car (3,400-3,800 lbs) is going to put a limit on N/A capability.

Not really sure what you mean here, I know.

Inline would mean they cylinders are in front or behind each other. Your engine is transverse, or horizontally opposed so to speak.

Thanks for stating your goals with the car, that makes it much easier to reply.

actually being "transversed or horizontilly mounted" is referring to the orientation of the engine to the engine bay. his engine is an I5 as all of his cylinders are in line with one another as oppsed to being in a V formation like a V6/8 would be

Thats one this about the B230F you could run those things through hell but the non-interference head will save the pistons from getting bit.

Wow, total lapse. horizantally opposed (boxer) would be like Subaru. Thanks for the correction.

Also the 2.4 has 165hp to work with.

Should be good for 4-7lbs depending on how you route your piping and such.
