    You could build a 20b FD for well under 20k.

    FD's can be gotten with blown motors pretty reasonable now, Shouri has I think 2 20b's sitting in half cuts down there right now. I bet you could do the whole thing for under 20k easily. As for legal....better move your ass to Barrow county, then you won't have to worry bout nothing.

    all FD's are OBD-I.... only has to worry about the sniffer with the 3 rotor.

    The wiring I heard is a nightmare and its a pia to do the 20b swap. I bet you can't find a shop that has done 20b installs on fds before for under 20k. 20b = :idb: pwns all other motors
