No but get a camera with more that 4MP though.. 4MP seems to be the low end these days.. Mega Pixels are just tiny boxes that create the picture... The more MP you have the clearer (without blur and noise being factored in) and more detailed the picture will be.. But yea listen to Chad and imbosile about ISO setting and shutter speed.. Tripod is where its @ for long shutter speeds.. Any pic composed longer than a 1/60 shutter ex: 1/2, 1/4 there is a great chance of blur...
