I must have spread enough reputation around... REPPED AGAIN!!!
Mix a little bit of liquid graphite (lock-ease) with the lithium grease to really lube her up. It's the best thing in the world when installing suspension bushings ;)
i seriously have to change my pants everytime i see this thread..

So, I am trying to figure out my fuel setup. Mainly where I am going to mount the fpr. I'm thinking of mounting the fuel filter on the firewall under the prop valve. Also, need to figure out what fittings (bends) to get. I know I want ALL black ones  :bump:
Here's what I have collected so far:

So, I am thinking about mounting the FPR on that one threaded hole just to the left (rear) of the tranny mount:

Fuel filter will go somewhere down there on a custom bracket:

Fittings for the FPR:

What do you guys think? I have the FNP fuel rail, but no pics uploaded at this time......
Also, how hard is it to cut the hard lines down closer to the steering rack:

Thanks for looking and making this thread what it is :police:
amazing work man, i can't wait to see it complete.
just one question, did you ever mention something about turbo charging this beast? if so when will that be?

he has said a few times that the car will be registered. he already purchased tickets.
I bet this build or atleast this car will be featured in a magazine... I GAH RON TEE IT! post as soon as it happens!!!!! i will buy it.. lol....
pure sex build up
Dont use that fuel filter its not designed for high pressure systems. You spent all this money go and buy an 80 dollar aeromotive filter and use two radiator hose clamps to mount it to the firewall.
HUH^^
i hope your crank walks..Quote:

I don't think the car will be ready to tune this coming Tuesday due to a few parts I am still lacking. Looking at Thursday or at latest first thing Friday morning.
We finished the entire suspension today and have the axles mounted to the tranny and inserted in the hubs.
I have to source a 36mm socket tomorrow to tighten the axle nuts down and also need to get OEM half shaft bolts (3) before driving her.
The fuel filter anf FPR are mounted as well as the fuel rail.
One power wire has been extended and have to extend one more and add the 2 fuse box power wire.
The O2 sensor is soldered / heat shrinked as well as the 3 other wires but I forget what they are for at the moment.
Still need the D or B series harness to wire them in and plug the sensors in. Hopefully have the Mon or Tues.
So tomorrow we are looking at:
--Extend 2nd power wire on charge harness and add 2nd fuse box power wire
--Install fuel lines and fittings
--Install radiator, both hoses, and Hasport sensor unit in upper hose
--Drill eye bolts for seat harness
Probably some other things, but I am way to tired to think now.
I have a couple of questions:
1) There are 3 openings on the Aeromotive FPR. The opening on the left side is for fuel to enter. The bottom opening is for the return line back to the tank. What about the 3rd opening on the right side?!?! Am I supposed to plug that opening?
2) Is this brake fluid good for our cars? I'll get OEM $hit if I have to, but if this will work then I'll use it for now.
http://i121.photobucket.com/albums/o..._6464_rs35.jpg
3)What is that little black fitting coming off the top of the coolant line (just below the green evap port)? 3B) What should I put on it? 3C) What about the threaded hole just below the valve cover gasket just below where you see the excess gasket sealer? What is that for? 3D) Also, you can just see it in the pic, but in the top right that adapter coming off the valve cover. I see some connect it to a catch can. I plan to add a catch can shortly, but what can I do with that pipe for now?

My intake until I find something better :ninja:

Thanks for looking and any feedback you can offer :goodjob:
Almost done....?
That must release a million VTAKKK.!!!!!!
Ive got that 36mm axle nut socket if you need it. Im using that brake fluid too if it helps. no problems, but my ABS unit leaks but thats beside the point
Take that Brake Fluid back and get the Valvoline Synthetic. Exceeds DOT 3&4 ratings and is a lot better.
I'll be at Nopi this year, hope to see it in person and complete!
looking good
