The car was making about 25 more horsepower after we put on an intake manifold for tunerfest friday night. The pistons are fine (no detanation) so I guess the manifold just pushed the little stock block over the edge. We just looked at the car a little more since Sat night.

I don't know the details of the EVO's engine spec but do Evos come with foreged rods and pistons?

Bud because when the rod went thru the block it made a huge ass hole and all the oil came out which then since the car was running at Mach1 sprayed it all under and rear of the car. That's the longest run-on sentence, but I hope you understand now.
