Audi R8...Anyone seen this yet

It was an awesome car that america didn't pick up on. It's all around better than the LS430.

i was talking to a guy at Audi one day who owns a Phaeton. He tells me how people at his country club laughed when they heard he payed that amount of money for a VW.( he had the W12) but were so shocked to see the quality and craftmanship behind it. (it even made a some Jaguar purchased pissed that his car cost just as much and couldnt even touch that VW). they all ended up loving the car, but always told him he should of spent the money on an A8 or a Benz.

thats the problem with the US people have an image of a brand w/o even owning one... you can't compare a 20k vw to a 50k; or 100k audi for that matter. this car was done for the statement alone so audi can say we can build a luxury sports car!

you would be retarded to over look this car if you could afford it... LEMANS ring a bell; AUDI knows racing better than anyone... what was it 5 or 6 straight wins as R8 lol... find another make putting in production a car with same technology
