    after reading all this, I still wanna know what kind of paint is it because no one has asked that. Is it SPRAY PAINTED like rattle can or Professionally painted? I understand that they are not powdercoated.

    seems to be you don't have a great grasp on the "Scene" because the terms are interchangable and I have called them both and heard both.
