    Arrow __FS: Complete B16 block & Complete B16 head__

    First off please read everything. I am an honest guy and I want everyone to know everything. Lots to read.

    I am selling my complete B16 block and head. I ran this motor in my car for about 2 weeks with my supercharger. The motor ran fine for a while but started to perform poorly. I did a compression check and found that the compression was low in all but 1 cylinder. I pull the head and everything looked fine so I went a lil further. I poured a small amount of gas into each of the ports of the head and found that my valves were not seating properly. The head needs a valve job. I even drove the car to the side of my house where I pulled the head off. I was going to do a valve job and replace the piston rings for safe measures but I have changed my plans. Im going to buy a GSR long block and use my supercharger on it. Don’t say I cant use a B16 SC on a GSR I have already called Jackson Racing and they said all I need is the Jackson Racing GSR manifold ($218.00 by the way) and everything else I have will work.

    THE HEAD
    Price: Make offer, I know what they sell for ready to install. Please be fair with your offers. I was just told I had to have a price on this so Im going to follow the rules. Price $800.00 or best offer.


    The head will be getting a valve job by this weekend unless someone wants to buy it now. You get what you see in the pics that has to do with the head. The head, cams, cam gears, cam caps, V-TEC solenoid, intake, valve cover and so on.

    Will I part out? Maybe some small stuff like the V-TEC solenoid, intake and valve cover. Never hurts to ask about something you want.






























    I will also include the fuel rail as well but without injectors.

    THE BLOCK

    I will part this out or sell is as a whole. You will get a complete unopened B16 bottom end only. The pics show the alternator, supercharger brackets and so on, those are not included. I will be keeping everything that is needed to get a GRS into my car. Not to much else I can think of saying about the block other than I need cash for another motor.

    no but im an emission inspector.

    i recall a plane jane red crx coming in, i inspected it, it failed..then the dude came back like a week later and said he tweaked the maps, and it passed with flying colors. it had a B16A/JRSC, but a black valve OEM valve cover at the time.

    the dude tried tellin me it was all stock..

    but this was probably around last january.
