    Ok everyone the head is off my civic. The people who are working on my car bought this head from me and are now selling it to do something different. This head is in perfect condition but it is off my b20 VTEC turbo civic.

    you people are over reacting about a VIN number. I never even had the VIN when it was in my car because the motor was not originally in my car. Its funny how I sold a tranny and some other motor parts on IA and no one ever asked for a VIN...everyone needs to lighten up about this.

    here to save you some time...

    * RULES FOR ENGINES/TRANNY'S:

    -If you have ANY engines/trannys/swaps from a car that is OEM, the VIN and or Block number MUST be included in the post or it WILL be deleted. NO EXCEPTIONS!

    -If the car is totaled, or the motor is out of a wrecked car, then posting the VIN or block number in a public forum shouldn't be a big deal to you and shouldn't make you think twice about it being displayed in a public forum. No need to be paranoid about people seeing it in public so POST IT.

    -This goes for all cars, no exceptions.

    -If it's "from a friends car", get the VIN or block number or don't bother posting

    that is in the rules posted by the sites owner

    Then why wasn't he asked to supply a VIN for the tranny he sold? The rules clearly state that it is required for trannys. Instead I am beng harrassed about
    it for a part of an engine. No where does it say a number must be supplied for a head.

    Plain and simple the head is not stolen. That can only be proven to some extent, and that goes for most parts that have been, or will ever be sold here. It has been vouched for by Tim West, who has been a big part of the import scene here in Atlanta for many years. The people that know him, know he doesn't have stolen stuff on his car...But if you feel it will somehow avenge for everything that has ever been stolen by locking my thread, by all means go ahead.
