Word of advice since you aren't selling the tranny, and I know this from first hand experience, heres the little story..

We put a slightly built jdm b16 swap in my friends 93 da, so a stock ys1(the short gears) tranny.

Well, he like racing on the intrestates, so we put the ys1 tranny back in because it has longer gears than the b16 so we thought it would be faster on the interstate but slower off the line...

Low and behold, if felt slow as shit, the b16 has no torque and the ls tranny lets you know this. It was even slower on the interstate. It just sucked period. We would even venture to say that a b16 with a ls tranny is even slower than a b18. That is just how it felt anyways.

Needless to say, we changed trannies back, 2 weeks later, the b16 tranny took a shit, we put the ls back in, found another b16 tranny, put it in. Found out it had no 5th gear, took it back out, got it fixed, put it back in... Lol.

Anyways, just letting you know this story so that you can do the right thing and go ahead and sell your tranny also and spend the cash and find a b16 tranny. My personal opinion with the b16 swap is that the tranny is the real upgrade. I will never do another b16 swap on an integra, maybe on a civic. With the integra, I would just use the tranny and head...

Good luck with whatever you do though...

Also, watch out for your clutch... the clutches from 90-91 are different from 92-93... The b16 tranny uses the small spline clutch like a 90-91...

If you venture to find a b16 tranny be careful... The code is S1 for it and for the 90-91(some 92's) trannies. You can see a physical difference between the 2 though, the b16 tranny has a smaller outer casing when put next to the ls...

Sorry for the long post but trying to give you a heads up and to not make a mistake that you will regret...

    Good luck.
