Internally everything is fine, but I can't tell you how many miles is on the head. I got it used with the intent of rebuilding it anyway, but honestly it don't need it.

Honestly I don't know. When I get rims, I goto the shop tell what rim and size I want and they do the rest. It shouldn't be that hard to find, so I'll post it up once I find it.
