    It does. Not exactly a turbo kit, but might be a good start for a low boost application on a stock engine. Too expensive though imo.

    cash only, it can be changed into an external wastegate, NO MANIFOLD OR PIPING, this is a decent price considering what you get. The BRAND NEW intercooler is about half the price I'm asking for the turbo kit. This is a cheap turbo kit for someone who wants to replace some parts or use on a stock engine. I payed wayyyyyyy more then what I'm asking for. If anyone has any more questions, just ask.

    Why? The turbo is the size of a babys fist you dont NEED any other wastegate.
