    i have a perfect chipped p28 need to sellhave a h22 swap in my car an prefer a p13 lmk 100 obo. DONOT NEED IT>

    it has the mugen program with somthing thats in it that alows you to change it but it has a b16a,b18c,orlsvtec chip in it now.lmk vtec hits at 5400 an red lines at 9000
