    just got off the phone with 99si.
    it seems the guy selling this block was ripped off. the person that sold him this block told him the motor was fine, turns out the crank is DESTROYED an there is a hole in the block.

    I will not say who sold him the motor, but its pretty sad this guy got taken advantage of.
