is the bov a real hks or a ebay replica?
looks like a replica, real ones have HKS stamped on the top

monza bov
This bov is a Monza SSQV not HKS. Works and sounds excellente!
Whistles on low boost shifts and louder pssssssst on high boost.
Comes with the mount and everything you need to install it. I also
have a mount already welded on SS tube if you need it. Silicone
couplers included!

Does the BOV have a flange for it?? Is the turbo a 5 bolt?? How much for both??

make a 2.5" - 3" downpipe with it.
BOV(with steel mounting flange) + TURBO + 5 Bolt flange = $230

BOV(with steel flange welded to SS tube) + TURBO + 5 Bolt flange +
silicone connectors = $240

i have a 3-1/2 dp. would i just have to get a new flange?

Because of this bolt hole spacing it will be impossible to get a 3.5" DP to
fit. There are some turbos like garrett that have turbine housings with wider
5 bolt patterns where a 3.5" DP would fit.
