$300 is way too high, since u can get like 2ghz + brand new w/ software for $300, oh yeh.. but "or best offer" stands...

Lets rethink this one...I want to help you out but I can't pay 300 for 700mhz unit...I feel ya though.
PM an alternate price....hint - knock off a bill and consider it sold.
