WTB: Catback Exhaust & integra back seats

I am in need of a catback exhaust for a 2dr 95 integra gsr swap. Nothing loud around 120 dB or trying to make the most noise. Something like a used Greddy S or Evo2 or any for that matter. I'm mostly looking for stainless steel but if anyone has titanium for a good price around $350-400 max then I'd be willing to go that route also. Give me some offers.

I also need Black (Dark) back seats for the pre-98 model car with the older style seats.

Thanks though. I need a full catback, mine has holes in it from the previous owner and I just need the entire exhaust replaced.
