    Default VDO Boost gauge and T3 Garrett Turbo Needs Rebuild ~ Cheap

    [SIZE=3]I have a garrett T3 off a Mercedez 300SD that needs a rebuild, or can be used for parts. The turbo is missing bearings and bolts, which could be found in any rebuild kit. It's a decent turbo, very quick spool and is good for up to 220-250hp. The internal wastegate can also be turned into an open atmosphere dump pipe. It will spool at around 2.2k rpm and full boost by 3700rpm on a 1.6L. $50

    This turbo is a stage 1 garrett T3 45 trim:
    Compressor: inducer 1.595" exducer 2.367".
    Turbine: inducer 2.319" exducer 1.918"
    Compressor housing .42 AR
    Turbine housing .48 AR
    Exhaust outlet looks like 2.5" v-band
