i cant recommend you anything except what the manufacturer recommends.

the dyno number shows results from a built head and the motor never had any problems.

it was taken out for another set of cams to run again, like a cam shoot out.

i have another car that runs those with no problems daily driver with stock valve springs..etc. great results and i love them.
