    dam i knew this bolt pattern was gonna be a pain in the ass... does anybody know of any kinda adapters that could be made to make this fit a ford ranger?

    They do make adapters for these. Down side is they are 1" thick and are about $50 a peice. I'll get back to you if I can find them cheaper, but $200 just for adapters is a little steep.
