    will my b16 head fit this. if so how many miles is on the block and are there any problems with it.

    no problems that we know of. has maybe 2-3000 miles on it. customer went with a sleeved block instead.

    i would always REFRESH a motor though

    what do you mean by refreshing it? does it need new pistons and rings?

    i would put new rings an bearings in it. just cause i do that with eveery motor. it ran fine when he bought it to us though. its just good to replace those things
