theres no such thing as an ep3 non vtec motor. the difference is they only have vtec on one cam instead of 2. still good enough to propel a 2800 lb car to 15.2s stock.Originally Posted by lsxtreme
as for big plans for the si, my new big plan is to just throw a longblock in the ep3 and use it as a DD. my current DD is a MINT 88 crx si, cleaner then the one for 2900 bucks in the for sale section, and im planning on sleeving my d16z6, and putting an equal length manifold and an sc-61 on it while leaving the exterior stock.
