Justin is truly gifted and does amazing work. I don't even know about car audio and I know what he does is something you just can't teach, he's just that talented.

Anyone that goes to him will not be dissapointed

The first issue I have is that there are too many wires running in too many directions, especially in the dash. Too much stuff that's just shoved in there.

Second, I don't think my cap is working at all.

Third, I have voltage spikes sometimes. See #2.

Fourth, the subs don't hit anywhere near as hard as they should. The box is super nice looking, but I think that a different design may net better results.

Fifth, If we redo the box, I may opt to use my old school Orion HCCA amps. I'm still up in the air about this. My Diamonds look great and are super clean, but I don't think they have the balls to push my Diamond subs in that small of a box like they should be driven. Know what I mean?

This is my dilema. I added a ton of equipment and your buddies just kept cramming the stuff in the car w/o much planning ahead. To be honest, if I had to do it all again.....I would've gone simpler and louder as opposed to complicated and pretty. Don't get me wrong, I love the way my system LOOKS, but I think that it could sound 100x's better plus the install could be much cleaner. Sam cusses me out everytime he works on my car because he says the dash "throws up on him" , i.e. wires and control boxes and stuff everywhere. I probably have 20 lbs worth of unnecessary wires in my car.

Anyway, notice this is a sore spot with me?

It's just that I have always thought that the sound side of things could be better for the amount of equipment in there. I have extra equipment laying around, so it's not a matter of buying more or better but more about installing what I have in the right configuration so it sounds better. With the kind of money that I've sunk into it, it should.
