In my earlier posts I was just giving my opinion between those 2. If I may throw a suggestion out though. search ebay for some old school US Amps. Or the new US Amps Merlin Series or better. Not the Terminator series. US makes more power than rated and quality is second to none. On the older ones you have to use an external crossover as there is not one built in. I will say though I use both Memphis and US Amps in my car.
