many far superior products for a lower or equal price to memphis products (and JL!). Also, if you need to save space...the JL HD series is very nice for the money. I normally don't like these overpriced brands, but the HD amps are very nice and very compact

I prefer the Alpine PDX line for compact amps myself..

As far as the OP's question, if you are strictly debating those two brands, Memphis. But I agree that there are many other options out there for a lot less money that will do just as well in your setup.
