Actualy the box i have my 10w7 in right now in my TL that i built over a year ago i used no screws in and it doesnt leak and never will leak. Screws are just good for setting the wood, once the glue is set there not needed. unless your running a huge enclosure with mulitple subs that need alor of internal bracing then "maybe" but to say a enclosure isnt built correctly because screws arent used is crazy. Ive never seen screw on a Virtual technologies box........

. Yes you can build a box and make it hold together with just glue, however it will come apart over time with no reinforcement. Especially with the weight and pressure levels of a W7 in it. Why would you not take the extra few minutes to screw it together anyways?
