    Default Fuse Help

Ok, so how do i wire this digital fuse i got? Obviously its getting constant power from the battery, so when i hook up the ground wire, it just stays on constantly. How do i set it up to only ground when in the "on" position or even just running. Thanks.

A fuse holder with a digital read out. If you only want it to turn on when the car is on. Instead of wiring it to constant 12v, wire it to the ignition ( under steering coloum, possibly in a fuse box in the engine bay. Though, most of thoes types of fuse holders moniter the battery voltage and shut off if the same voltage is present for long periods... IE car is off and is not discharging. What is the make and model Ill do a little research. If you need help finding ignition in the engine bay ill walk you through that as well.

I pull more current, than you have horsepower!!

It has to be wired to constant 12v, it has the power cable of the audio system running through it. Now, i will test that idea about it shutting off tommorow, thanks for that suggestion, and will get back to you. Its a tsunami product.

It should run the same is a digital readout on a capacitor. When the vehicle is shut off, it should eventually turn off. However, it shuts off randamly.

the digital fuse holders I have seen all have a seperate constant, acc, and ground. They do not use the power and/or ground from the primary wire.
