Default How to get a stronger signal??

I just purchased an Indash tv with built in dvd/cd/etc.. My signal from my factory to my indash went down. I can hardly get any stations. I live near the country but I used to get 99X clearly, 105.3 pretty well, but now, neither come in until Sugarloaf. Is there a way to make my signal stronger? A better antenna, something that connects in the back of the radio? Or am I stuck like this? Appreciate the help!!
