i just got my pioneet deh 3900 h/u. my 2 alpine type r 12s. two 7300gmp pioneer 800w monoblock amps, 1 farad rockford cap, and now my 6020cs infinity reference component 6.5s up front. its waayyyy too loud.

Is that 800w RMS? @ 4 ohms or 2 ohms?

Those amp only does 360x1 RMS which is cool but is highly under powering those Type R 12's.
