omg thats terrible. just a couple weeks ago, a customer brought their car because of problems with their head unit and xm. well the plug in for the xm into the cigarrette lighter wasnt plugged in. they spliced into the radio harness and stuck the positive wire into the tip of the plug and wrapped the ground around the center of it. i took a few pics. it was ridiculous that a business would do this. oh and the whole thing was wrapped into a huge ball of tape. you couldnt even tell what it was until you unwrapped it
