-IA MGMT is inappropriate.
Most of the time when you have the everything hooked up right and it wont cut on do this: Disconnect the ground wire, find a good grounding position (one of the shifter bolts) and run a direct ground to the cd player. If that does not work try and hook the 12v constant from the car to the 12v constant and the ignition/acc and see if that works if it does you have a problem with the acc wire. Most of the time its a bad ground though.
Check the fuse in the back of the deck (if it has one).

fuse back of deck, any inline fuses for the 2 pwr lines, and the car's radio fuse (should be in fuse panel)
for testing purposes you can wire the two 12v (ign and constant) together just to see if radio comes on
thanks for all the replies.. i know i hooked it up right, but it's just not coming on.. so i figured i'd be doing some diagnoising.. it's way to boring to ride w/o a radio...
try the cig light fuse, some cars run the radio and cig lighter on the same circuit
