They sound awesome. They are not as loud as the 13W7 but sound just as deep and are far punchier. They are needing more "breaking in" than any other sub I have had. (I have had a few...) I am VERY impressed with them. ESPECIALLY for the money.
I am really surprised at the comparison to a 13W7. Is that what you previously had? Also what model. I have certainly have my share of subs as well.Originally Posted by R_Rated

The only part of my system that changed is the JL 13W7 was 86ed for 2 Image Dynamics IDQ 10's. They sound a lot better but the JL will be better for people that like obnoxiously annoying people. The Image dynamics that I got will not get as loud... but they are ridiculously small in comparison. They are for "sq".
Subs that I have had in the past.... MTX 6000, MTX 8000, Alpine R, Orion H2, MTX 9500, Memphis Mojo, Beyma Adire, JL 13W7 and now these.
Ah gotcha. Interesting change, but a 13W7 is borderline excessive IMO so you probably made a good decisionOriginally Posted by R_Rated
I have had (in two and a half years) Infinity Refrence, Polk DB Series, MB Quart PWE304, Rockford Fosgate T1, JL Audio 10W6V2, JL Audio 12W6V2
