this is why we want our licenses.. then we can buy/sell our own investments the best of both worlds!!

i made this thread thinking it would benefit us to have someone work hand and hand with us on the first deal.. yeah we will eat some money but if we have someone who is knowledgable in the investment field we would learn at the same time.. time will tell..
