Judges think they are all powerful and people just lay down and pay instead of not letting them do whatever they want. Do whatever you can (legally) to be a pita to that judge

Met with the judge today. Wasn't sure what to expect. He was very apologetic and explained to me that he thought I said a multipurpose passenger vehicle was defined as a vehicle designed to carry 10 or MORE people (the law actually states 10 or less), and therefore ruled against me.

Then he cut me a check for $139.

Funny thing, a sherrif followed me all the way out of the county though.
